office presence
$99/month | M - F | 10 AM - 6 PM
Not unlike having a virtual office, an Office Presence membership allows you to enjoy the perks of a business mailing address, mail services and limited conference room usage - all at an affordable price to meet your business needs.
Amenities Included: WiFi, phone room usage, 2 hours of conference room usage, mailing services (collecting + sorting), kitchen and lounge access, and communal printer.
general membership
$299/month | 24 hours a day | 7 days a week
Choose any available desk in the HUB, plug in and get down to business. These desks are claimed on a first come, first served basis. Keep in mind that General Members don't have a set workspace, but they always get priority.

These private offices are for getting some serious work done. Located within the HUB, and great for small teams, a POD serves between 2 and 10 people who need space to join forces and collaborate. Check out availability here.

CONFERENCE ROOMs

Looking for a place to collaborate and meet with your team? Our two on-site conference rooms, affectionately known as the Eureka Room and the Board Room, are the perfect spots for you!
Amenities Included: WiFi, phone room usage, and kitchen + lounge access. Both conference rooms include large whiteboard, whiteboard markers, TV with HDMI connection for both Mac + PC, and enough seating for up to 10 people.
